SEMBRO DESIGN
147 CRM leads and 18 sales: building a multi-channel marketing system for a US remodeling company
SemBro Design operates in the competitive US remodeling market, where customers make high-value decisions and spend considerable time researching contractors before requesting an estimate. The challenge: a connected marketing system that attracts remodeling clients, strengthens digital presence and measures results beyond platform metrics.
- Generate qualified inquiries for kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
- Improve the efficiency of Google and Meta advertising.
- Connect marketing performance with CRM data and recorded sales.
- Strengthen brand credibility through real project content.
- Expand organic visibility across Instagram and Pinterest.
How we approached it
Google Ads: high intent
Restructured search, expanded negative keywords, location-specific campaigns, Performance Max and Demand Gen tests, bidding and extensions — focused on substantial projects, not small repairs.
Meta Ads: wider funnel
Website traffic, creative testing and messaging campaigns to reach homeowners earlier in their journey while Google captured existing demand.
Content & video
Before-and-after transformations, finished kitchens and bathrooms, behind-the-scenes, on-site shoots and Reels with the team and founders.
Pinterest discovery
Organic content around remodeling searches: kitchen islands, bathroom designs, material combinations and inspiration.
CRM-based measurement
CRM data instead of platform-reported leads only — separating platform activity, CRM leads and actual sales.
From spend to recorded sales

Meta Ads

3Sales
Leads and sales from the client’s CRM, not platform-reported conversions. Contract values are not included in the data, so revenue and ROAS are not calculated.

The visual system behind SemBro Design
We documented SemBro Design’s visual identity in a digital brand book: logo system and safe spaces, a warm palette of Milk White, Warm Cream, Brass, Deep Graphite and Warm Stone, Zalando Sans typography, and templates for the feed, highlights, Stories and Reels covers.

SemBro Design’s marketing became measurable across the whole customer journey — from brand discovery and website visits to CRM inquiries and recorded sales. CRM reporting gave a clear view of which channels contribute to commercial outcomes.
With $17.6K in advertising investment, the reporting shows 147 CRM-recorded leads and 18 sales, while Instagram and Pinterest built trust and reached prospective customers.
The result: a connected approach combining paid acquisition, content, organic discovery and CRM-based performance measurement.
